Wendy Tsang; M.A., BCBAWendy Tsang is a behavioral consultant with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Wendy was trained by Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh, a PH.D in Clinical Psychology, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the founder of Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (C.A.R.D.) in California, U.S.A. Wendy’s training with Dr. Granpeesheh was based upon the application of verbal behavior and behavior analysis. Wendy has completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Child Development and Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Early Childhood Special Education at California State University, Northridge. She has recently received her certification to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Wendy is experienced in providing one-on-one therapy applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with ASD aged 2 to 16 years, developing and assessing individualized programs based on each client’s abilities, providing parents with the appropriate support via parent training, and training and supervising junior therapists. Through working with the autism population, Wendy has acquired a multitude of skills that assist her in helping individuals with autism to learn and progress in the areas of speech and language development, social emotional development, fine and gross motor skills, and self-help abilities.
Tracy Yip; M.SocSc., BCBA
Tracy Yip is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5 years of experience working with children diagnosis with autism and other developmental delays. She has completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Psychology in McMaster University, Canada. She has received her Masters of Social Science (M. SocSc) in Psychology of Education from City University of Hong Kong. Tracy has worked in one-to-one as well as small group settings using applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques in Aisling Discovery; part of the Toronto Partnership of Autism Services (TPAS) located in Canada and in The Children’s Institute located in Hong Kong. She has worked with children who are 3 to 12 years old. Tracy has worked with children who exhibit self-injurious behaviors, aggression, and noncompliance behaviors. She has experience developing individualized educational plans and programs; using PECS and ASL; social stories; gross, fine, and oral motor exercises as well as other techniques to help children reach their full potential.

Libby Cheng; B.A., BCaBaLibby Wai Kuen Cheng is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who has worked with children with special needs for 3 years. Libby graduated from University of British Columbia in Canada with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). In Vancouver, Canada; Libby has worked as a behavior interventionist serving children with autism for 2 years. She has worked at an ABA learning center and Reach Development organization that provide one to one private home base therapy with a team including BCBA consultants. Libby also provided home-based therapy as well as therapy in a group setting. Libby has worked with children from 2 ½ to 5 years old. Libby is currently working as an ABA teacher at The Children Institute (TCI) in Hong Kong since March 2011. She provides one to one behavior intervention and classroom shadowing to children diagnosed with autism or global delay. The children’s age range from 3 ½ to 11. Libby also helps children develop social and play skills through the ‘S.T.A.R.S’ program. Libby holds a strong passion working with young children with special needs. She is enthusiastic about teaching children with language and developmental delays.
Angelina Tao; B. A., BCaBa
Angelina Tao is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)specialized in providing intensive verbal behavior training to children with special needs. She is currently the Consumer Representative of Hong Kong Association for Behavior Analysis. Her line of work includes the development and implementation of behavior intervention plan for schools and other educational settings. Her expertise includes behavioral intervention, language and speech development, and social skills training. Angelina worked as a Behavior Therapist in an ABA school after she graduated from her Psychology Degree in 2006. Her area of interest includes brain and behavior, child development, and motivation. She received her first professional training in the area of ABA after attending Dr. Vincent Carbone workshops in 2008. She continued her professional training at Florida Institute of Technology in 2008 and passed the BACB examination in 2009. She is now pursuing her Master Degree major in psychological medicine in the Hong Kong University and her current supervisor is Dr. Greenberg J. at TCIHK.
